S3 Survey Application app for iPhone and iPad

This is an application developed for S3 (Stroke Support Station) by Dr. Melvyn WB Zhang and Dr Roger CM Ho

This application enables our stroke survivors as well as their caregivers to take standarised validated questionnaires at varying time points.
